Benefits Team
The
team is responsible for setting up new scheme entrants records,
the payment of refunds, the calculation of deferred benefits,
adding contribution details and issuing personal benefit statements.
The
team also provides estimates to employees and employers, calculates
retirement and death benefits, assesses transfer values, provides
added years quotes, administers AVC requests and monitors
the application of annual pensions increase.
